I think more women should be talking about AI, out loud and imperfectly. I started my own podcast about it a few weeks ago. Episode two covers the exact three levels I'm about to describe, if you want the longer version in my own voice.
I don't have anywhere near the bandwidth the people below have. They do this full time. I very much do not. But here's who actually taught me the things I now say out loud.
Dan Martell is a little bit the classic AI tech guy. But his big picture thinking is worth the watch. He's the one who put language to something I'd felt but hadn't named. The shift in how you get AI to work with you, instead of just answering you. Chat, connectors, agents. That's the whole framework, and it's the clearest version of it I've heard anywhere.
One honest note. This was recorded back in March. A lot has changed since then. The framework still holds even where the specific tools have moved on.
